I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Nippori. The owners were kind and went out of their way to make my stay nice. They recommended a fantastic bakery and izakaya nearby, and even loaned me an umbrella each day. The room, although a bit small, had everything I needed and the futon was already prepared when I arrived. The hotel was located in a less touristy area, which I appreciated. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

This hotel in a quieter authentic neighborhood offers outstanding value for money. The staff speaks excellent English and provides attentive and friendly service. The rooms, especially those on the ground floor with a garden view, are spacious and comfortable. The added bonus of having futon beds and a kitchen where you can cook adds to the convenience. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail, such as providing sweet treats like chocolate lollipops, enhances the overall experience.
Nothing to complain about here; all was more than satisfactory.

The cozy Japanese-style room on tatami was really comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient, with several amenities like a supermarket, convenience store, and eateries just around the corner. Plus, it was within walking distance to multiple train stations. The highlight was the lovely book cafe where I enjoyed a good breakfast.
the luggage space was a bit small. these were relatively minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

The location was ideal, within walking distance to Nippori station and with easy access to major stations and shopping areas. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really lovely and provided warm hospitality. They were friendly, nice, kind, and helpful. The hotel was clean and had beautiful rooms and a cozy common area. The location of the guesthouse is perfect, as it is very close to public transportation, including a major JR station. there is an incredible bakery nearby that serves a delicious breakfast. The next station is just a short 10-minute walk away, making it convenient for exploring the city.
The rooms can be a bit small, but they are still very comfortable.
